Best Western Chicago Downtown-River North Hotel

Hotel's staff and location were outstanding, had a wonderful stay in this venue. I loved my staying here.

The whole experience was great. We loved this comfortable hotel; its quick breakfasts, updated rooms. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Lasalle & Grand Nb bus stop.

We loved this hotel, it was clean with a reasonable and helpful staff. The attached restaurant was great, they served amazing food.

It was a fabulous short time staying at this solid hotel. Helpful staff, atmospheric rooms, calming views. The setting was surprisingly quiet for everywhere I needed to go. Also, a skyscraper observation deck was within a 20-min walk - very convenient.

Absolutely amazing staff, as expected. Great bedrooms and amazing pool. The airport was 12 miles away from here, favorable location. Having different fine drinks in the snack bar was a very nice touch.

Great location and staff, I had a pleasant stay. I found complimentary coffee in the lobby. Set next to restaurants, the river and O'hare in the very very nice area. I did n't expect to find Zombie Taco close by, but I loved it and had a few meals.

Staff were calm, wi-fi was excellent, and I liked its enjoyable location close to wholesale market, a lot an eating places nearby and restaurants. Rooms were reasonably priced, absolutely brilliant and relaxing.

You guys made my stay fabulous short! Air-conditioned and atmospheric rooms with calming views, great food, very friendly professional staff. Comfy beds and Wi-Fi, terrace and free tea. Calm hotel, decent service.

The venue is clean and reasonably spacious, views are awesome, the location is perfect very close to Chicago, downtown.

The room was cozy and stylish with all amenities. The staff was amicable and outstanding. The breakfast had plenty of good options, and was quick. Service was excellent in the central hotel.

Stayed here during our new year, it was a LUXURIOUS experience. Decent staff, efficient service, super and super rooms. Its location was gorgeous, near the river, cool restaurants and theaters.

Top-notch hotel, freshly decorated room and best possible location. The rooms with couches and sofa bed, for example.

I loved the terrific staff and sumptuous breakfasts. Good bed, luxurious bathroom and terrace, complementary tea and blinds in the room. Quiet location for visiting restaurants and cafés.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other pet-friendly hotels. Lovely beds, blinds and power sockets in the room. Very very good breakfast, exemplary service. Perfectly located hotel. The beach nearby was nice and the view was pleasant.

The drinks and food were pleasant, I loved it. The bathroom was bright & the bedroom was good sized. It was set walking distance to bars and restaurants. Besides, the area was modern, next to chicago skyline: D

The staff was incredibly polite, the accommodation was delightful and perfectly clean. The room was delightful, delightful. Fab central location a 10-15 minute walk from a skyscraper observation deck. Such a very pleasant experience.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had okay staff and location. The hotel was fancy and the attached restaurant was REASONABLY PRICED. It was great to have microwave in the lobby.

Unfortunately wi-fi was quite slow plus the bed of mine was extremely hard.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. Everything in the room was very clean. Really loved dining at Tanta, set within 5 minutes' walk.

This hotel was nice base for exploring Chicago, liked it. Large room with free Wi Fi. Its location is good. There is restaurant Pizzeria Ora at the premises. Suitable accommodation for short visits.

We liked microwave in the lobby. Booked table at Pizzeria Ora, it's their onsite restaurant.

That sometimes the street was noisy. Tbh, rooms were a bit old. Checked the ac and it was a bit noisy.

A market and a shopping street were near to the hotel. Visited their restaurant Pizzeria Ora couple of times. The room was large and had everything we needed.

We ate in the Beatrix restaurant, awesome food with excellent service. The location was perfect, convenient to go everywhere. The pool onsite was clean
